Lita & Ava Inc. dba A Grace Sub Acute & Skilled Care assumed management and operation of this facility on November 2008.. Since acquisition of the establishment, we continually strive to improve the physical character of the building to enhance safety, habitability and consistently increase high standards of quality care to our residents.
We take pride in achieving a superior level of skilled nursing care to meet the physical and emotional necessities of our short and long term residents. In addition, A Grace Sub Acute provides 24 hour ventilator and tracheostomy service by dedicated and experienced health care professionals to those residents who require respiratory therapies.
Attentive highly trained experienced staff also work 24 ours a day to serve our intensive care residents. The Rehabilitation staff is professionally trained to determine the course of treatment that will provide optimum results.
